Shipping

Bracelets are shipped within 2-3 days. Our clothing items are limited to current stock available and ship within 2-3 days.   Tote orders are fulfilled in an off-site facility and ship within 2 weeks.  You will be sent notification with tracking information upon shipment. 

​ Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us if you wish to return an item purchased online at info@bhstateofmind.com. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase on merchandise in original condition, unused and unwashed with original tags. Customer pays shipping on returns. Refund amount will be less shipping cost and refunded via the method use for original purchase.  If product was purchased at a retail store, you must return the item to the store according to that store's return policies.  

​If you receive a product that is damaged in any way, please contact us via email and attach a photo.  We will replace the product at no charge or refund your purchase price including shipping.
